Who we are

Your personal data on paintpro.am is processed by PaintPro LLC (TIN 08255215), 35 Sayat-Nova Ave, Yerevan 0001, Armenia, info@paintpro.am, +374 11 203011. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone, email, delivery address.
  • Order details: products, amounts, payment status. We do not see or store your full card number; payments are processed by the payment provider.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it and on what basis

  • to process and deliver your order and handle returns – needed to perform the sale;
  • to answer your messages and contact you about your order – with your consent, given when you send a message or place an order;
  • to meet our legal obligations, including accounting and tax;
  • to send news and offers – only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email;
  • to keep the site working and secure and, only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies, to measure visits and the results of our advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store, checkout, sign-up forms and marketing emails;
  • the bank that processes card payments and Idram, when you pay online;
  • couriers delivering your order;
  • Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook pixel) – only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies in the cookie banner;
  • WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram, if you choose to contact us through the chat buttons on the site – your messages are then also handled under their privacy policies;
  • providers of tools embedded on our pages: Instagram feed (Meta), colour visualisers on our colour pages (Roomvo, Color Guild) and the chat widget provider (Common Ninja) – they may receive technical data such as your IP address when the page loads;
  • state bodies when required by law.

Transfer outside Armenia

Our store data is hosted by Shopify in the United States. Google, Meta and the other providers listed above may also process data outside Armenia. We transfer data to them because this is necessary to run the store and fulfil your order. By placing an order, sending a message or subscribing, you consent to this transfer.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page, or in your browser settings. More details: Shopify cookie policy.

How long we keep it

  • Orders and accounting records: 5 years, as required by the Armenian Law on Accounting and the Tax Code.
  • Messages and enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for information about your data, to correct or delete it, or to stop processing it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@paintpro.am. We provide information about your data free of charge within 5 days of your request and correct or delete data within the time limits set by law.

You may also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, 54b Komitas Ave, Yerevan 0051, pdpa.am.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
