Returning or exchanging an item of proper quality

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it if:

  • the can or package has not been opened and the item has not been used;
  • the original packaging and labels are intact;
  • you have the receipt or the order number.

Discounted items can be returned on the same terms as full-price items.

Items that cannot be returned if they are of proper quality

  • paint tinted to a colour you chose, because it is made to your individual order;
  • opened or partly used paints, primers and other coatings;
  • used tools (rollers, brushes, tape).

These exceptions do not apply if the item is defective or is not what you ordered.

Colour-matched samples

If you're not satisfied with a sample we matched from your colour sample or code, you don't pay for it – if you've already paid, we refund it in full. Bring the sample back to our store within 30 days. This applies to samples only; full-volume tinted paint is mixed after you approve the colour.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is defective, was damaged in delivery or is not what you ordered (including tinted paint that does not match the colour in your order), contact us. In accordance with the law, we will replace the item or refund you, as you choose. If we delivered the item, we will collect it at our expense.

Refunds

Once we accept the return, we refund the amount you paid using the same payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund on your account.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Consumer Rights.

Additional costs

When you return an item of proper quality, the cost of bringing it back to our store is yours. We are not responsible for the cost of painting or repainting, labour, surface preparation, tool or equipment rental, or other indirect costs, including when a product was applied contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, on an unsuitable or unprepared surface, or without a test application first. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or is not what you ordered.
