2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made on paintpro.am. By placing an order you accept them. They do not limit your rights under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

3. Products and information

Product descriptions and technical data are based on manufacturers' information; data sheets are linked on product pages. Colours on a screen may differ from the actual paint colour, so we recommend checking a colour with a sample before buying a large quantity.

4. Prices

Prices are in Armenian drams (AMD) and include all applicable taxes. The price shown when you place the order applies. Where a crossed-out price is shown, it is the price at which the item was previously offered in our store.

5. Orders

After you place an order you receive a confirmation email, and we contact you to confirm availability and delivery. The sale is concluded when we confirm the order. If an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund in full any amount paid for it.

6. Payment

You can pay by bank card or with Idram online, or in cash on delivery. Tinted paint is made to your order and must be paid before delivery; cash on delivery is not available for tinted paint. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

8. Quality and use

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions on the label and data sheet. Claims about product quality are handled in accordance with the law of the Republic of Armenia.

9. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. We try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; otherwise it is resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
